Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Conducts routine production line maintenance and repairs such as; replacement of belts, cleaning and repair of filling heads, troubleshooting performance issues.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Follows established preventive maintenance schedules and\/or provides support for routine maintenance.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Assesses and repairs other equipment such as heat tunnel, box maker, forklift and pallet jacks.\u00a0 Provides routine maintenance on equipment as instructed.\u00a0 Inspect the machinery equipment and manage the inspection records on a regular basis.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, sources vendors and\/or parts as needed.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Records and reports on maintenance repairs and issues as needed.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure all safety and work procedures are followed.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains building\/facility needs such as painting, cleaning, fire\/safety equipment, lightbulb changes and other general facility needs.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Comfortable in the efficient use of PPE.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other duties as assigned.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Schedule, document and perform preventive maintenance schedules and\/or provides support for routine maintenance.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide training for line operators and shift leads on basic maintenance tasks as well as training on machine settings and parameters.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Document and analyze trends of scheduled and unscheduled downtime.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with the development of written SOP.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2+ years of mechanical experience required. Electrical background a plus.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be available for shift, weekend assignments and on-call.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to read blue prints and wiring diagrams.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prior forklift certification preferred, recertification or initial certification will be completed when hired.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Strong work ethic, detail to attention and teamwork attitude.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Required Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to read blue prints and wiring diagrams.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prior forklift certification preferred, recertification or initial certification will be completed when hired.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience and knowledge of hydraulics a plus.\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Knowledge of electricity in an industrial basis a plus.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Knowledge of PLC SW a plus.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Working Conditions<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to sit, stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning and repair\/maintenance tasks.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.<\/p>

\u25cf\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Requires grasping, writing, typing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>
