Requirements<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Experience required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Safely and efficiently handle all shipping and receiving tasks.<\/li>
  • Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.<\/li>
  • Verify and document the receipt and shipment of products accurately.<\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of product verification, labeling, and movement within the warehouse.<\/li>
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.<\/li>
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

Required Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Proven technical knowledge of all shipping and receiving processes and documentation.<\/li>
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or WMS (Warehouse Management System).<\/li>
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and via e-mail.<\/li>
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials routinely.<\/li>
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.<\/li>
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to safety.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

Preferred Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Knowledge of warehousing procedures and inventory management systems.<\/li>
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.<\/li>
  • High energy,\u00a0 suitable for a fast-paced environment.<\/li>
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years in Shipping and Receiving operating counterbalance is a must<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

License or certifications required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Forklift license<\/li>
  • Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps<\/li>
  • Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
