Junior Operations Manager <\/a><\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Education Level <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, operations management, or related field.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Experience required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Operations Manager or in similar positions<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and quality standards.<\/li>
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all functional areas.<\/li>
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing recruiting, guidance, training, and support to promote professional development and achieve departmental goals.<\/li>
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

  • Knowledge of POS, Inventory control, purchasing, marketing and analytics<\/li>
  • Strong leadership and management skills<\/li>
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, with a focus on dietary supplements<\/li>
