Bouquet Maker- Production Associate<\/a><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Requirements <\/strong><\/td>Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<\/td><\/tr>
Experience required <\/strong><\/td>Previous experience as a Production Associate or Bouquet Maker (preferred but not required).<\/td><\/tr>
Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/td>
  • Selecting and preparing the necessary flowers for each bouquet,ensuring they are fresh and in good condition.<\/li>
  • Helping on the production line. This may include trimming stems, removing leaves and thorns, and properly conditioning the flowers to ensure longevity.<\/li>
  • Ensuring that all bouquets meet quality and presentation standards set by the business.<\/li>
  • Report shortages, quality issues and any missing product.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr>
Required Skills <\/strong><\/td>
  • Attention to detail.<\/li>
  • Full availability to work Monday to Friday – During high season (Saturdays and Sundays)<\/li>
  • Ability to work without close supervision.<\/li>
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment which varies between 0\u00b0 C to 5\u00b0 C<\/li>
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.<\/li>
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
Preferred Skills <\/strong><\/td>
  • Strong organization skills.<\/li>
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.<\/li>
  • Experience shipping and receiving is a plus.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
License or certifications required <\/strong><\/td>
  • Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps<\/li>
  • Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
