Production Associate Morning - Amer<\/a><\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Requirements<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Experience required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners.<\/li>
  • Counting of Stallion Express packages<\/li>
  • Assembling gaylord\/boxes<\/li>
  • Moving skids<\/li>
  • Sortation of cartons for product orders (POs) from Less than Container Load (LCL)\/Less Than Truckload (LTL)<\/li>
  • Cycle counting<\/li>
  • Cleaning the warehouse – sweeping the floor, dusting the racks, emptying garbage cans, cleaning ship stations<\/li>
  • Cutting down cardboard<\/li>
  • Assisting with problem totes<\/li>
  • Assisting Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators with tasks<\/li>
  • Quality Checks performed on POs<\/li>
  • Put-away returns inventory<\/li>
  • Process returns from customers\/internal teams<\/li>
  • Supply shipping stations with necessary supplies<\/li>
  • Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks\/containers Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners.<\/li>
  • Participate in start-up meetings and stretching programs to ensure a safe working environment<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr>

Required Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.<\/li>
  • Able to use RF scanners (training provided).<\/li>
  • Must be able to work full-time and maintain a KPI of 97% by the third day of employment.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr>

Preferred Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Able to stand for long periods and work in a high-paced envionment.<\/li>
  • Must be reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts (non-negotiable during peak seasons).<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr>

License or certifications required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps<\/li>
  • Approved WHMIS certificate with at least\u00a0 70% of score.<\/li>
  • Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)<\/li>
  • Background or Criminal Record check<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/td><\/tr>
