Requirements<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Experience required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Assemble wires accurately and efficiently according to specifications.<\/li>
  • Produce wire harnesses and cable assemblies.<\/li>
  • Interpret blueprints and work orders to understand assembly instructions.<\/li>
  • Set up and operate tools and machines necessary for wire assembly.<\/li>
  • Perform quality checks on assembled wires to ensure they meet company standards.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.<\/li>
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

Required Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for wire assembly.<\/li>
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly work.<\/li>
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.<\/li>
  • Ability to perform quality checks and identify defects.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

  • Ability to follow instructions precisely.<\/li>
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.<\/li>

License or certifications required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps<\/li>
  • Approved WHMIS certificate with at least 70% of score.<\/li>
  • Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear and safety glasses)<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
