Requirements<\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Experience required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required).<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

Responsibilities or main duties <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Load and unload insulation materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.<\/li>
  • Perform quality checks to ensure insulation products meet company standards.<\/li>
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures specific to the insulation and waterproofing area.<\/li>
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.<\/li>
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

Required Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>
  • Capable of lifting and carrying parts to 50 pounds (23kg).<\/li>
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

Preferred Skills <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>
  • Organized and self-disciplined.<\/li>
  • Task-oriented.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>

License or certifications required <\/strong><\/p><\/td>

  • Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps<\/li>
  • Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr>
