Temporary

You work for a specific duration and you’re an agency employee, which means that you are paid directly by us and not the company where you are completing your assignment.

Temporary-to-permanent

You start working with our client on a temporary basis, and eventually, you may have the opportunity to become a permanent employee with our client.

Permanent

You undergo the screening and hiring process with the staffing agency and if selected, you are then hired directly by the company.

We do not wait for assignment requests to begin the recruitment process, we recruit and on-board candidates daily, leveraging the technology from our proprietary software to maintain a healthy database of ready-to-go candidates across a variety of industries. This approach has helped us minimize our response time for emergency large-scale assignments such as labour disruption mitigation assignments (covering labour strikes).
