Responsibilities or main duties | - Safely and efficiently handle all shipping and receiving tasks.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify and document the receipt and shipment of products accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of product verification, labeling, and movement within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills | - Proven technical knowledge of all shipping and receiving processes and documentation.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and via e-mail.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials routinely.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
- High level of responsibility and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.

- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- High energy, suitable for a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 consecutive years in Shipping and Receiving operating counterbalance is a must
