Bouquet Maker- Production Associate

Education Level

Preferred High school diploma

Experience required

At least 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or Bouquet Maker in any field or similar positions.

Responsibilities or main duties

● Selecting and preparing the necessary flowers for each

bouquet,ensuring they are fresh and in good condition.

● Helping on the production line. This may include trimming

stems, removing leaves and thorns, and properly conditioning

the flowers to ensure longevity.

● Ensuring that all bouquets meet quality and presentation standards set by the business.

● Report shortages, quality issues and any missing product.

Required Skills

● Attention to detail.

● Full availability to work Monday to Sunday

● Ability to work without close supervision.

● Must be able to work in a cold environment which varies between 0 ° C to 5° C

● Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.

● Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

● Strong organization skills.

● Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.

● Experience shipping and receiving is a plus.

License or certifications required

● Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps

● Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)
