Responsibilities or main duties | - Operate a counterbalance forklift for various warehouse duties, including shunting rail cars for receiving products.
- Organize the warehouse and ensure efficient product storage.
- Load products for shipment by following established shipping procedures.
- Receive and unload products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain quality control while receiving and shipping in a fast-paced environment.
- Work among a committed and safety-focused team in an inclusive culture.
- Support all safety programs and compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.

Required Skills | - Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment which varies between 0 ° C to 5° C

Preferred Skills | - Good communication skills and being a team player
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
