Requirements | Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. |
Experience required | Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required). |
Responsibilities or main duties | - Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
- Counting of Stallion Express packages
- Assembling gaylord/boxes
- Moving skids
- Sortation of cartons for product orders (POs) from Less than Container Load (LCL)/Less Than Truckload (LTL)
- Cycle counting
- Cleaning the warehouse – sweeping the floor, dusting the racks, emptying garbage cans, cleaning ship stations
- Cutting down cardboard
- Assisting with problem totes
- Assisting Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operators with tasks
- Quality Checks performed on POs
- Put-away returns inventory
- Process returns from customers/internal teams
- Supply shipping stations with necessary supplies
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks/containers Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
- Participate in start-up meetings and stretching programs to ensure a safe working environment

Required Skills | - Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Able to use RF scanners (training provided).
- Must be able to work full-time and maintain a KPI of 97% by the third day of employment.

Preferred Skills | - Able to stand for long periods and work in a high-paced envionment.
- Must be reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts (non-negotiable during peak seasons).

License or certifications required | - Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
- Approved WHMIS certificate with at least 70% of score.
- Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)
- Background or Criminal Record check
