Preferred 3 months of experience as a Production Associate or similar  positions.

Responsibilities or main duties

●        Assemble wires accurately and efficiently according to specifications.

●        Produce wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

●        Interpret blueprints and work orders to understand assembly instructions.

●        Set up and operate tools and machines necessary for wire assembly.

●        Perform quality checks on assembled wires to ensure they meet company standards.

●        Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

●        Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills

●        Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery for wire assembly.

●        Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly work.

●        Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

●        Ability to perform quality checks and identify defects.

●        Ability to follow instructions precisely.

●        Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

●        Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

●        Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

License or certifications required

●        Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps

●        Approved WHMIS certificate with at least 70% of score.

●        Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear and safety glasses)
