Requirements

Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Experience required

Previous experience as a Production Associate or similar positions (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities or main duties

• Load and unload insulation materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Perform quality checks to ensure insulation products meet company standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures specific to the insulation and waterproofing area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly

Required Skills

• Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying parts to 50 pounds (23kg).
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized and self-disciplined.
• Task-oriented.

License or certifications required

• Health and Safety certificate: Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps
• Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)
