Education Level | Bachelor’s degree or diploma in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, operations management, or related field. |

Responsibilities or main duties | - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all functional areas.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing recruiting, guidance, training, and support to promote professional development and achieve departmental goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.
