Education Level | Bachelor’s degree or diploma in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, operations management, or related field. |
Experience required | Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Operations Manager or in similar positions |
Responsibilities or main duties | ● Oversee and coordinate all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation, to meet production targets and quality standards. ● Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all functional areas. ● Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing recruiting, guidance, training, and support to promote professional development and achieve departmental goals. ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices. |
Required Skills | ● Knowledge of POS, Inventory control, purchasing, marketing and analytics ● Strong leadership and management skills ● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills ● Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ● Availability to work in a fast-paced environment. |
Preferred Skills | ● Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies, with a focus on dietary supplements ● Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● E- commerce knowledge |
