Requirements | Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. |
Experience required | Previous experience as a Production Associate or Bouquet Maker (preferred but not required). |
Responsibilities or main duties | - Selecting and preparing the necessary flowers for each bouquet,ensuring they are fresh and in good condition.
- Helping on the production line. This may include trimming stems, removing leaves and thorns, and properly conditioning the flowers to ensure longevity.
- Ensuring that all bouquets meet quality and presentation standards set by the business.
- Report shortages, quality issues and any missing product.

Required Skills | - Attention to detail.
- Full availability to work Monday to Friday – During high season (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment which varies between 0° C to 5° C
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills | - Strong organization skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.
- Experience shipping and receiving is a plus.
