Requirements | - Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Experience required | At least 6 months of experience as a baker or similar . |
Responsibilities or main duties | - Setting temperatures and cooking times for different products
- Baking various types of bagels and other bakery products in large batches
- Follow established baking recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted production

Required Skills | - Able to move up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the job.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills | - Previous experience in a bakery or food service setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Culinary or baking education preferred, but not required

- Personal Protection Equipment (safety footwear)
